Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI systems.

Work from home, set your own hours, and earn up to $15 USD per hour with weekly payments. Access leading language models as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline.
• Experience writing concise explanations and reviews.
• Comfort with quick decision-making when options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for how well they follow prompts.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded off, with specific examples.
• Inspect outputs closely with zoom/replay to spot artifacts such as distortion or misalignment.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism.
