Outlier is seeking detail-focused English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to higher-quality AI. Earn up to $15/hr with incentives, with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing clear explanations in English that point to observed issues.
