Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours. Earn up to $15 USD/hr, plus occasional incentives, and get weekly payments. You’ll help improve AI systems by writing clear, evidence-based explanations of issues observed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of observations.
