Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise explanations in English. You can work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments via multiple methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication and comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming or replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of findings.
