Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your schedule.

You will evaluate AI-generated media for adherence to prompts, quality, and realism, providing precise, evidence-based explanations. Flexible hours and remote work are standard, with paid expert contributions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to listen closely.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a concise explanation in English.
