Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score each exchange, compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt fidelity, and explain in writing what looked off, all from home or while traveling.

Responsibilities include inspecting outputs, ranking quality, and producing concise English explanations.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Able to think on your feet and communicate in a natural, conversational way.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make a clear decision when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging follow-the-prompt accuracy.
Inspecting outputs closely and noting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing concise explanations in English.
