Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

You will evaluate AI outputs—images, videos, and audio—against prompts, and provide concrete explanations to help improve model behavior. Remote, with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judge how well they follow prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distortions, flicker, or audio-video misalignment, using zoom/replay as needed.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
