Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain gaps in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors examine AI outputs, rate adherence and quality, and provide precise notes. This role supports improving AI reasoning and real-world performance, with flexible hours and remote work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spots issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews or explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
