Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what goes wrong in writing. This remote role offers flexible hours and payment per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing concise explanations in English.
