Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain in writing what looked off, helping AI systems improve in real-world tasks.

Roles are remote with flexible hours and pay up to $15/hour, plus incentives. Experience in clear written communication and thorough observation is valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to look and listen closely.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flickers, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Provide written explanations in English citing observed issues.
