Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will rate conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what went wrong in writing.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, strong attention to detail, and may hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with weekly payments and remote work from multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to think clearly and explain decisions in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors, and audio-visual mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to observed issues.
