Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will evaluate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

The role contributes to improving how AI systems reason and perform in real-world settings. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, with strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observed issues.
