Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off to help improve AI systems.

Participants review images, videos, captions, and audio outputs for fidelity to prompts and realism, with pay per hour and weekly payments. Apply from anywhere with strong written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing short, evidence‑based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming or replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
