Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule. This freelance role offers pay per hour and access to leading AI tools.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have, and you can work from anywhere with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patient in evaluation tasks.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Write explanations in English pointing to what was observed during evaluation.
