Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. This is a fully remote, flexible-hours role with compensation up to $15 per hour.

As part of the evaluation and feedback loop, you’ll help shape AI systems by describing where outputs diverge from prompts and how to improve accuracy. Expect paid weekly, with potential incentives, and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging how well they follow prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio/video and documenting findings.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing observed issues and reasoning.
