Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

We prioritize accuracy and clear written explanations, with opportunities to earn up to $15/hour and bonuses based on project requirements. This is a 1099 contract role with weekly pay and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on details.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals or misaligned audio and video.
• Write English explanations detailing what you saw or heard.
