Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, helping advance AI systems in real-world use.

This is a remote, 1099 contract role with pay up to $15/hr. We seek individuals who can think on their feet, write concise explanations, and commit to consistent, careful evaluation across multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when choices have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals or mismatched audio.
• Providing written explanations detailing observed issues and rationale.
