Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will compare image and video pairs, spot issues such as distorted anatomy or audio-visual mismatches, and rate outputs on clarity and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to details and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-visual mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific explanation in English.
