Job summary

Outlier offers a flexible, fully remote role reviewing AI-generated media. You'll hold live English conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, helping AI systems improve with your detailed feedback.

Applicants should be fluent in English with strong writing skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, and you’ll be paid per hour with weekly payouts and access to leading language models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
