Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and rate how well each result follows the prompt.

Responsibilities include describing in writing what looked or sounded wrong, ranking options, and contributing to a feedback loop that helps improve AI behavior. Flexible remote hours with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to pause, replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain real situations in a conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
