Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, schedule-flexible basis. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your input helps shape how AI systems reason and learn in real-world tasks. This role emphasizes careful watching/listening, clear communication, and the ability to work independently from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and daily conversational practicality.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and decide which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like artifacts, syncing, or motion problems.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English of what you observed.
