Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to remotely review AI-generated media on a flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs for adherence to prompts, and explain discrepancies in writing. Contributors review images, videos, audio, and captions, providing precise, evidence-based feedback that helps improve AI systems. Prior experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to describe issues precisely.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and handling natural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to determine which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, zooming or replaying to identify problems like artifacts or misalignment.
• Providing written explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
