Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling with flexible hours and weekly payments. You will gain access to leading LLMs as part of the role and contribute to advancing AI evaluation at scale.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to inspect outputs closely.
• Experience explaining reasoning in writing or in speech.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and assessing naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific written explanations.
