Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in clear English, contributing to a feedback loop that improves model behavior.

Participants can work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Prior experience is helpful, but strong communication and attention to detail are key to success.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and clear punctuation.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, distorted motion, or misaligned audio, and explain findings in writing.
