Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, supporting frontier research to improve real-world AI performance. This is a flexible, remote, freelance opportunity with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to look and listen closely.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted visuals, flickering, or mismatched audio, and writing explanations in English.
