Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, write concise explanations, and help improve AI systems. This role offers flexible hours, remote work from anywhere, and competitive pay with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and noting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and writing specific English explanations.
