Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will rate conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Responsibilities include evaluating accuracy and realism, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations. Earn up to $18/hr with weekly pay and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing clear, evidence-based explanations.
• Nice to have: a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to observed issues.
