Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while you travel. Earn up to $18 USD/hr, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. Responsibilities include rating outputs, writing evidence-based explanations, and providing precise English feedback to help improve AI reasoning.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, and misaligned audio or text, then explaining findings in writing.
