Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will rate conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looked off, remotely and on your own terms.

Expect to stack payments weekly, with earnings up to $18 per hour plus incentives. You’ll gain access to leading LLMs and help improve AI systems by providing precise, written feedback from diverse global work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, artifacts, or mismatches and explaining findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written explanations.
