Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looks off, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating each output, identifying issues like misalignment or artifacts, and providing evidence-based explanations in English. Flexible hours, payments weekly, and access to leading LLMs are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think quickly and explain reasoning in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write a clear, evidence-based explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
