Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.
Work fully remotely with flexible hours. Earn up to $18 USD/hour, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. This position helps shape how AI systems reason and improve in real-world tasks.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
- Writing specific explanations in English pointing to what was seen or heard.
