Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off in written form, helping improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in writing.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and handling realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickers, or misalignments.
• Writing a clear, evidence-based explanation of your observations in English.
