Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what is off, helping advance AI systems in real-world use.

Role is remote with flexible hours and compensation up to $15 per hour, paid weekly. Prior experience and clear written communication are valued as you contribute to the evaluation and feedback loop.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
