Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image/video pairs, and explaining what’s off. Fully remote with flexible hours, you can work from home or while traveling. Earn up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve, providing detailed, evidence-based evaluations from anywhere with internet access.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing concise explanations in English.
