Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour. Rates vary by expertise and project; payments are made weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain observations clearly in writing.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in dynamic conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, or misalignment and noting issues.
• Writing detailed explanations in English describing what was observed.
