Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You'll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Position offers flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs. You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve by providing clear, evidence-based explanations in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining situations conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of each response.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Write English explanations detailing what you saw or heard.
