Job summary

Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Earn up to $15/hr with weekly payments and ongoing access to top LLMs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to describe AI outputs clearly. A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, with strong written communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a detailed explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
• Engaging in image and video evaluations and rating across dimensions.
