Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to spot issues in AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off in writing. This remote role offers flexible hours and compensation up to $15 per hour.

You'll help shape how AI systems reason and improve by providing precise, evidence-based feedback on prompts, visuals, and audio alignment, on your own schedule from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, realism, then writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
