Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

The role helps shape AI reasoning and learning through a feedback loop, with weekly payments and optional incentives. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, have strong written communication, and can work independently on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain issues clearly.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, and mismatched audio.
• Writing concise explanations in English pointing to observed issues and improvements.
