Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off. Work remotely on your own schedule, with weekly pay and incentives.

This freelance role helps shape AI systems for real-world performance. Ideal candidates have strong written English, precision, and the ability to articulate observations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations conversationally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
