Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media from remote locations. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. Work on your own schedule from home or while traveling.

Competitive pay includes up to $15 per hour, paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, with opportunities for additional incentives based on project needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations in writing.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatches and explain findings in writing.
• Provide written explanations highlighting why one output is preferred over another.
