Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off or incorrect, all on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 per hour with flexible, fully remote work. Weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, plus free access to leading language models and tools to support your evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatches between audio and video; write explanations in English.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a concise, evidence-based explanation.
