Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write precise explanations of what was off.

Work is freelance (1099) with pay up to $15/hour, paid weekly, and opportunities to earn incentives as you review diverse AI projects from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong with specific examples.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide concise explanations.
