Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Work flexible hours from home or while traveling. Earn up to $15 USD per hour, paid weekly via ACH, PayPal or AirTM. This 1099 contract opportunity lets you contribute to cutting-edge AI feedback loops from anywhere you reside.

Qualifications

• English speaker with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unmatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a written explanation in English.
