Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule. Your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve at scale.

Positions are freelance 1099 contracts with flexible hours and remote work from home or while traveling. Earn up to $15 USD/hr, with payments weekly and additional incentives for high-quality reviews and

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, concise written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review of media.
• Ability to explain findings in concise written form.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickers, text errors, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Provide a written explanation of findings in English that points to observed issues.
