Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Earn up to $15 per hour plus additional incentives, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

This freelance role lets you work from anywhere, including travel, while contributing to the evaluation loop that helps improve AI systems in real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation.
