Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Tasks cover image, video, and audio assessments across prompts and realism, all from home. Applicants should have strong written English, sharp attention to detail, and be comfortable making clear decisions when faced with imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated media and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise, English explanation pointing to observed issues.
