Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all from home.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, inspecting outputs for artifacts, and writing concise explanations in English. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or desynchronised audio.
• Writing English explanations that point to what was seen or heard.
