Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, judge which follows prompts better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals, flickering, and audio-visual misalignment.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing observations.
