Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with an AI voice model and scoring exchanges, comparing generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explaining in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred; comfortable discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English describing findings.
